We believe that a career path is just as unique and individual as you are. Maybe you want to become a specialist, or maybe a generalist. Perhaps you want to take a step sideways and develop yourself vertically. Whichever direction you choose, each year you have at least 2 progress meetings with your manager to discuss your development and to set targets. Both manager and you have to be sure that your development continues. In the 1 on 1 meetings we record the targets and skills that you are going to work towards. To achieve the best from your talents and skills we support you in your career path on a personal and dedicated basis.
